| The employees of New Century FS are part of a team helping to
fulfill the needs of farmer-patrons in Iowa for the following
counties: Benton, Southern Blackhawk, Iowa, Jasper, Marshall,
Northeast quarter of Polk, Poweshiek, Story, and Tama. The primary
mission of New Century FS is to improve the long-term profitability of the farming
business for our farmer-patrons in these counties. To accomplish this mission, a
dedicated, capable group of employees working together is required.
